With the Olympics going on in Tokyo this month, we found it the perfect opportunity to offer the Team USA Rucking monthly challenge.

A simple but not easy monthly challenge:
Ruck 5 miles
While rucking, do a burpee every minute on the minute (EMOM).
The burpee can be done with or without a ruck, but taking your ruck off every minute for 5 miles seems harder than just doing the burpee with the ruck on.
Want a variation that will connect you to Tokyo? Find a track and:
Ruck 5 miles
While rucking, do 4 burpees per lap for the prescribed distance.

NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
