Gear up for a Thanksgiving tradition with a twist! The Turkey Trot Ruck Challenge is perfect for those looking to add a bit of weight to their holiday routine. Whether you’re joining a local turkey trot race or creating your own solo route, this challenge invites you to ruck (walk or jog) in the spirit of the holiday.
Choose your weight, lace up your boots, and take on this challenge any way you like. For added fun, consider bringing along friends or family members to make it a group event. And if you want to add a festive twist, carry non-perishable food items in your ruck and donate them after your trot to a local food pantry! Make the most of Thanksgiving by moving with gratitude and giving back.
NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
