REINDEER RUCK

The Reindeer Ruck is a festive endurance and strength-building workout designed to channel the grit of Santa's reindeer pulling a sleigh. The workout combines rucking, bodyweight exercises, and movements to improve stamina, muscle endurance, and holiday cheer. Whether you're trekking "through the woods" or leaping "rooftop to rooftop," this routine is challenging.

Reindeer Ruck Workout (repeat twice):

  1. Ruck (5-minutes)

  2. Bodyweight Circuit (3 rounds)

    • 15 squats

    • 10 ruck push-ups

    • 10 ruck rows

    • 20 walking lunges

  3. Ruck (5-minutes)

  4. Rooftop Sprints (2-minutes)

  5. Ruck (5-minutes)

  6. Reindeer Crawl (2 minutes)

    • Bear crawl w/ruck 20 meters (forward and back)

    • Rest 1 minute

    • Repeat 5 times

  7. Ruck (5-minutes)

NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
