This workout aims to replicate the physical demands and endurance required during a military march. Participants will carry rucks and complete a series of exercises that mimic the challenges faced in military training.

OPERATION THUNDER MARCH
Here’s the workout:
Buy-in: 5K Ruck March
Once the 5K ruck has completed… Time for a 1 to 10 ladder of the following exercises. Start with 1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3 of each…all the way up to 10 of each exercise.
Burpees
Squats
Mountain Climbers
Push-ups
Lunges
Ruck Swings
Extra credit?? Work your way back down the ladder.
Cash out: 5K Ruck March
End Workout
NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
