This workout aims to honor the memory of 9/11 while incorporating rucking to symbolize the resilience and endurance shown during challenging times.

Here’s the workout:
Ruck March (45-60 minutes):
Load your rucksack with an appropriate weight (e.g., 20-40 lbs) to simulate the challenges faced during difficult times.
Begin your ruck march, maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout.
As you walk, reflect on the significance of 9/11, the sacrifices made, and the spirit of unity and resilience that emerged from the tragedy.
Listen to motivational or reflective music, podcasts, or audiobooks related to history, heroism, or personal growth to keep your mind engaged during the march.
Remembrance Stops (5 minutes each):
Throughout your ruck march, find three suitable spots (e.g., park benches, open areas) to pause and remember the events of 9/11 and the values they remind us of.
At each stop, take a moment of silence to pay your respects to those who were affected by the tragedy.
Perform a set of bodyweight exercises (e.g., push-ups, air squats, lunges) at each stop as a symbolic gesture of strength and resilience.
Reflect on the design of the "Never Forget" Memorial Patch and its symbolism during these moments.
End Workout
NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
