We have all heard about it, some of us have even experienced it….Around the world, security lines are getting brutally long and cancellations and delays are spiking. The major carriers JetBlue, American Airlines, and Delta canceled nearly 10 percent of their flights in a weekend, creating mayhem at major airports. At Rucks On Parade, we wanted to include a workout that can be scaled up or down based on your circumstances…which could be being delayed in an airport and needing to get a ruck workout done.
COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE.
EARN THE PATCH.
FLY DFQ
3 Miles Total w/Ruck
Mile 1: GO HEAVY.
Ruck On while holding a kettlebell, sandbag, ruck plate, etc. (a.k.a. your carry-on) in each hand.
Weight could be up to 30-pounds (or more) in each hand
Modify as necessary
Mile 2: DROP ONE.
Drop one of the “carry-on’s” (kettlebell, sandbag, ruck plate, etc.) and continue
Feel free to move weight from hand-to-hand while rucking
Mile 3: GET IT DONE.
Reduce “carry-on” weight even further.
One last mile as fast as possible.
Got to make that connection.

NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. As always, modify as necessary.
