The Battle Buddy… for better, for worse. This person is someone who is never supposed to leave your side. Whether it’s a spouse, close relative, best friend or maybe you were issued one in the military… We believe everyone could think of someone special who would be considered our Battle Buddy.
With this being the month of love, we thought it would be a great time to ‘buddy up’ for some good lovin. #GETSOME

The Battle Buddy monthly ruck challenge is designed to be done with a partner (aka Battle Buddy) but can also be completed individually, if needed.
BATTLE BUDDY
MONTHLY RUCK CHALLENGE
RUCK 2 miles to workout area.
Complete the following WOD:
Teams of 2 (aka Battle Buddies) work together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 50, 100, 150 and 200 reps. Buddy 1 executes as many reps as possible while Buddy 2 rucks (run/walk) 100 yards down and back. Switch positions until team goal is reached. Exercises included:
50 Burpees
100 Push-ups
150 Squat Thrusters
200 Overhead Flutter Kicks
RUCK 2 miles back to your start point.
NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. If you do not have a buddy, cut exercises in half (or don’t). Exercises can be done with or without weight.
As always, modify as necessary.
