In one word, please describe how you want 2022 to go… We chose the word AGGRESSIVE. As defined, Aggressive means “pursuing one's aims and interests forcefully, sometimes unduly so.”
As we head into 2022, let’s set goals. And then pursue those goals with forceful intention.

AGGRESSIVE - JANUARY MONTHLY CHALLENGE
We needed a workout to match the word aggressive. Try this:
Buy-In: 1-Mile Ruck
10yd Bear Crawl w/ruck drag
10 Overhead Claps w/ruck
10 Jumping Jacks w/ruck
‘22-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
1 Burpee w/.ruck every 2-minutes during the time
22 Ruck Squats
22 (4ct) Flutter Kicks w/ruck overhead
Cash Out: 1-Mile Ruck
If you would like to level up, we have a mileage goal as well:
2 miles every day for 22 days.
